Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(SPEED LIMITS)

1. (1) Paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part 3 of Schedule 91 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 are revoked and the following substituted:

Wellington — Twp. of Wellington North

4. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 89 in the Township of Wellington North in the County of Wellington lying between a point situate 319 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Ayrshire Street in the community of Mount Forest and a point situate 348 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Wellington Road 14.

Dufferin — Twp. of Amaranth

5. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 89 lying between a point situate 64 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Oak Street in the Township of Wellington North in the County of Wellington and a point situate 20 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Amaranth 4th Line in the Township of Amaranth in the County of Dufferin.

(2) Part 4 of Schedule 91 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

Dufferin — Twp. of Amaranth

2. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 89 in the Township of Amaranth in the County of Dufferin lying between a point situate 20 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Amaranth 4th Line and a point situate 450 metres measured easterly from that intersection.

(3) Paragraph 1 of Part 5 of Schedule 91 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Wellington — Twp. of Wellington North

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 89 in the Township of Wellington North in the County of Wellington lying between a point situate 348 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Wellington Road 14 and a point situate 64 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Oak Street.

(4) Part 6 of Schedule 91 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

Dufferin — Twp. of Amaranth — Town of Shelburne

4. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 89 in the County of Dufferin beginning at a point situate 450 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Amaranth 4th Line in the Township of Amaranth and extending easterly for a distance of 225 metres to a point situate in the Town of Shelburne.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
