Amending O. Reg. 377/07
(POLITICAL ACTIVITY: SPECIALLY RESTRICTED PUBLIC SERVANTS)
1. (1) Paragraphs 5, 14, 20, 29.1 and 30.1 of Schedule 1 to Ontario Regulation 377/07 are revoked.
(2) Schedule 1 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:
39. Ontario Land Tribunal.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 2 of Schedule 6 to the Accelerating Access to Justice Act, 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
