Amending O. Reg. 321/18
(EXEMPTIONS)
1. Section 2 of Ontario Regulation 321/18 is revoked and the following substituted:
Exemption re films
2. (1) The Act does not apply with respect to the sale or the facilitation of the sale of a ticket to an event, the primary purpose of which is the exhibition of a film.
(2) In this section,
“film” has the same meaning as in section 2 of the Film Content Information Act, 2020.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of June 8, 2021 and the day it is filed.
