Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(SPEED LIMITS)

1. (1) Paragraphs 1 and 2 of Part 3 of Schedule 100 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 are revoked and the following substituted:

District of Kenora

1.  That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 105 in the Territorial District of Kenora lying between a point situate 2400 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Cedar Point Road (E) and a point situate 750 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the King’s Highway known as No. 804.

District of Kenora — Twp. of Ear Falls and Mun. of Red Lake

2.  That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 105 in the Territorial District of Kenora lying between a point situate 1100 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the King’s Highway known as No. 657 in the Township of Ear Falls and a point situate 250 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the King’s Highway known as No. 125 in the Municipality of Red Lake.

(2) Paragraph 1 of Part 5 of Schedule 100 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

District of Kenora — Twp. of Ear Falls

1.  That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 105 in the Township of Ear Falls in the Territorial District of Kenora lying between a point situate 750 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the King’s Highway known as No. 804 and a point situate 1100 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the King’s Highway known as No. 657.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
