Amending O. Reg. 257/10
(TAX ON BEER, WINE AND SPIRITS)
1. Paragraph 1 of section 5 of Ontario Regulation 257/10 is amended by striking out “March 1, 2022” at the beginning and substituting “March 1, 2023”.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 1 of Schedule 2 to the Plan to Build Ontario Together Act, 2019 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
