Amending O. Reg. 30/11
(GENERAL)
1. Clause (c) of the definition of “eligible depositary” in subsection 1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 30/11 is amended by striking out “Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 1994” at the end and substituting “Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 2020”.
2. Paragraph 1 of subsection 80 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “or league as defined in the Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 1994” at the end and substituting “or central as defined in the Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 2020”.
3. (1) Subsection 83 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “or league as defined in the Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 1994” at the end and substituting “or central as defined in the Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 2020”.
(2) The English version of subsection 83 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “league” and substituting “central”.
Commencement
4. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 1 of Schedule 7 (Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 2020) to the Protect, Support and Recover from COVID-19 Act (Budget Measures), 2020 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
