Amending Reg. 362 of R.R.O. 1990
(WASTE MANAGEMENT - PCB’S)
1. Subsection 4 (4) of Regulation 362 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “to the Ministry”.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2023 and the day this Regulation is filed.
