Amending O. Reg. 67/93
(HEALTH CARE AND RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES)
1. The English version of subsection 88 (2) of Ontario Regulation 67/93 is amended by striking out “a professional engineer” and substituting “an engineer”.
2. The English version of subsection 93 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “A professional engineer” at the beginning of the portion before clause (a) and substituting “An engineer”.
3. (1) The English version of clause 94 (1) (a) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “a professional engineer” in the portion before subclause (i) and substituting “an engineer”.
(2) The English version of clause 94 (1) (b) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “the professional engineer” at the end and substituting “the engineer”.
Commencement
4. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 1 (1) of Schedule 15 to the Supporting People and Businesses Act, 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
