Amending O. Reg. 510/99

(COMMUNITY SAFETY ZONES)

1. Ontario Regulation 510/99 is amended by adding the following Schedule:

Township of North Kawartha

1. (1) That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 28 in the Township of North Kawartha in the County of Peterborough, lying between a point situate 240 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Mill Lake Road and a point situate 170 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Anstruther Lake Road.

(2) That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 28 in the Township of North Kawartha in the County of Peterborough, lying between a point situate 195 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Nordic Ski Lane and a point situate 230 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Mount Julian Viamede Road.

(3) This designation is effective 24 hours a day, seven days a week and every month of the year.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
