Amending Reg. 417 of R.R.O. 1990
(GREENHOUSE VEGETABLES - MARKETING)
1. (1) Section 5 of Regulation 417 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following clauses:
(a.1) prescribing or providing for classes of licences and the imposition of terms and conditions on any class of licence;
(a.2) providing that the local board may impose such terms and conditions on a licence as the local board considers proper;
(2) The French version of clause 5 (h) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
(h) exiger et prévoir que toute personne ou catégorie de personnes qui se livre à la production ou à la commercialisation de légumes de serre fournisse une sûreté, une preuve de solvabilité ou un cautionnement d'exécution et prévoir l'administration, la confiscation et l'emploi des sommes ou des sûretés concernées et de leur produit;
(3) The French version of clause 5 (h.1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “paiements immédiats” and substituting "paiements rapides".
