Amending O. Reg. 140/02
(OAK RIDGES MORAINE CONSERVATION PLAN)
1. Subsection 2 (1) of Ontario Regulation 140/02 is amended by striking out “numbered 227, dated May 5, 2017 and on file in the offices of the Ministry of Municipal Affairs” and substituting “numbered 321, dated December 12, 2022 and on file in the offices of the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing”.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
