Amending O. Reg. 17/05
(GENERAL)
1. Section 3 of Ontario Regulation 17/05 is revoked and the following substituted:
Services at an integrated community health services centre
3. A service provided at an integrated community health services centre pursuant to a licence issued under the Integrated Community Health Services Centres Act, 2023 is exempt from the application of the Consumer Protection Act, 2002.
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 66 (1) of Schedule 1 (Integrated Community Health Services Centres Act, 2023) to the Your Health Act, 2023 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
