Amending O. Reg. 135/98
(ADMINISTRATION AND COST SHARING)
1. Ontario Regulation 135/98 is amended by adding the following section:
Application and Interpretation
0.1 This Regulation does not apply in respect of a geographic area in which the Ministry is designated as the delivery agent for the period of that designation.
2. The Regulation is amended by adding the following heading immediately before section 2:
General
Commencement
3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 6 of Schedule 21 to the Supporting Recovery and Competitiveness Act, 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
