Amending O. Reg. 106/09
(DISPOSAL OF DEAD FARM ANIMALS)
1. Clause 1 (3) (j) of Ontario Regulation 106/09 is amended by striking out “private career college” and substituting “career college”.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 1 of Schedule 29 to the Less Red Tape, Stronger Economy Act, 2023 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
