Amending O. Reg. 267/03
(GENERAL)
1. Clause (i) of the definition of “commercial, community or institutional use” in subsection 1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 267/03 is amended by striking out “private career college” and substituting “career college”.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 1 of Schedule 29 to the Less Red Tape, Stronger Economy Act, 2023 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
