Amending O. Reg. 437/22, which amends O. Reg. 144/20
(EXEMPTION FOR TEMPORARY HEALTH AND RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES)
1. Subsection 3 (2) of Ontario Regulation 437/22 is amended by striking out “2024” at the end and substituting “2027”.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
