Amending O. Reg. 272/19
(OBJECTS OF THE OFFICE)
1. (1) Paragraph 1 of section 1 of Ontario Regulation 272/19 is revoked and the following substituted:
1. For the purposes of clause 18 (1) (c) of the Ontario College of Teachers Act, 1996, to develop examinations relating to proficiency in mathematics and to undertake the administering and marking of the examinations in accordance with Ontario Regulation 271/19 (Proficiency in Mathematics) made under that Act.
(2) Section 1 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:
3. To report to the Minister on the results of the examinations referred to in paragraph 1.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
