Amending O. Reg. 336/07
(DESIGNATED PUBLIC BODIES)
1. (1) Paragraph 77 of section 1 of Ontario Regulation 336/07 is revoked.
(2) Section 1 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:
107. Ontario Health atHome.
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 1 (1) of the Convenient Care at Home Act, 2023 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
