Amending O. Reg. 162/23
(CHARGES FOR TOWING AND VEHICLE STORAGE SERVICES)
1. (1) Paragraph 4 of subsection 5 (3) of Ontario Regulation 162/23 is revoked.
(2) Subsection 5 (4) of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:
2. Clearing debris and other materials on a highway.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
