Revenue Horizon (Natural Gas)
Prescribed revenue horizon
1. The number of years specified for the purposes of subsection 36.0.1 (2) of the Act is,
(a) 40, with respect to consumers who are forecasted to use less than 50,000 cubic metres of gas annually; and
(b) 20, with respect to any other consumers.
Revocation
2. This Regulation is revoked.
Commencement
3. (1) Except as otherwise provided in this section, this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
(2) Section 1 comes into force on the later of the day subsection 5 (1) of the Keeping Energy Costs Down Act, 2024 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
(3) Section 2 comes into force on the later of the day subsection 5 (2) of the Keeping Energy Costs Down Act, 2024 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
