Amending O. Reg. 509/20
(COMMUNITY BENEFITS CHARGES AND PARKLAND)
1. (1) Subsection 4 (2) of Ontario Regulation 509/20 is amended by striking out “or” at the end clause (a), by adding “or” at the end of the clause (b) and by adding the following clause:
(c) by posting on the website of the municipality if, in the clerk’s opinion, a newspaper described in clause (b) does not exist.
(2) Subsection 4 (6) of the Regulation is amended by adding the following clause:
(a.1) if the notice is given by posting on a website, the first day on which it is posted on the website;
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2024 and the day this Regulation is filed.
