Amending O. Reg. 6/00
(Transitional Matters — 2000 Regular Election — Ward Offices)
1. The definition of “key date” in subsection 2 (1) of Ontario Regulation 6/00 is revoked and the following substituted:
“key date” means,
(a) May 31, 2000 for the City of Greater Sudbury, the Town of Haldimand and the Town of Norfolk, each of which is a new municipality,
(b) July 14, 2000 for the City of Ottawa, which is a new municipality, and
(c) August 15, 2000 for the City of Hamilton, which is a new municipality; (“date clé”)
