Amending O. Reg. 580/86
(Zoning Areas — District of Nipissing,
Part of the District of Nipissing)
Note: Since the end of 2000, Ontario Regulation 580/86 has been amended by Ontario Regulations 205/01 and 307/01. Previous amendments are listed in the Table of Regulations in the Statutes of Ontario, 1991 and in the Table of Regulations published in The Ontario Gazette dated January 20, 2001.
1. Ontario Regulation 580/86 is amended by adding the following section:
28. (1) Despite clause 6 (2) (b) and subsections 17 (1) and (3), an accessory sleep cabin may be erected and used, closer to the lake lot line than the principal building, on the land described in subsection (2).
(2) Subsection (1) applies to that parcel of land in the geographic Township of Yates in the Territorial District of Nipissing, being that part of Island No. 198 in Lake Temagami described as Parcel 25967 in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Nipissing (No. 36).
2. The Schedule to the Regulation is revoked.
