Amending O. Reg. 446/98
(Reserve Funds)
Note: Since the end of 2000, Ontario Regulation 446/98 has been amended by Ontario Regulation 156/01. Previous amendments are listed in the Table of Regulations published in The Ontario Gazette dated January 20, 2001.
1. Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 446/98 is amended by striking out “and” at the end of clause (e), by adding “and” at the end of clause (f) and by adding the following clause:
(g) equipment, supplies and services the board requires in order to comply with the standards under the Ontario Water Resources Act for water treatment and water distribution systems to provide potable water.
