Amending O. Reg. 256/99
(Zoning Areas — Geographic Township of Ames,
Territorial District of Thunder Bay)
1. Ontario Regulation 256/99 is amended by adding the following section:
5. (1) Despite subsection 3 (2), no building or structure shall be erected, located or used within 15 metres from the regulatory water level on the lands described in subsection (2), except within the area shown on map 209 filed with the Provincial Planning and Environmental Services Branch of the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing.
(2) This section applies to the land in the District of Thunder Bay described as Lot 5 on Registered Plan 55M-589 registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Thunder Bay (No. 55).
