Amending O. Reg. 53/99
(Tax Matters — Extension of Deadlines)
1. Ontario Regulation 53/99 is amended by adding the following section:
Tax Ratio Establishment By-law Deadline
2.1 The time for passing a by-law under subsection 363 (3) of the Act for 2002 is extended to September 30, 2002 for the City of Owen Sound and the Township of Black River-Matheson.
