Amending O. Reg. 199/03
(Control of West Nile Virus)
1. Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 199/03 is amended by striking out “the document entitled West Nile Virus Preparedness and Prevention Plan for Ontario, published by and available from the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, dated May 28, 2004” and substituting “the document entitled West Nile Virus Preparedness and Prevention Plan 2006, published by and available from the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, dated June 26, 2006”.
