Amending O. Reg. 619/98
(Ontario Exports Inc.)
1. (1) Subsection 16 (1) of Ontario Regulation 619/98 is revoked and the following substituted:
(1) This Regulation is revoked on August 29, 2006.
(2) Section 16 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following subsection:
(3) On the dissolution of Ontario Exports Inc., all of its assets, rights, obligations and liabilities are transferred forthwith to the Crown in right of Ontario as of the day of dissolution.
