Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990
(Speed Limits)
1. (1) Paragraph 15 of Part 2 of Schedule 21 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:
District of Algoma — Town of Bruce Mines — Twp. of Gladstone
15. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the Territorial District of Algoma lying between a point situate 762 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the easterly abutment of the bridge over the Mississagi River in the Township of Gladstone and a point situate 650 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the easterly limit of the roadway known as Highway No. 638 in the Town of Bruce Mines.
(2) Part 4 of Schedule 21 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:
District of Algoma — Town of Bruce Mines
38. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the Town of Bruce Mines in the Territorial District of Algoma beginning at a point situate 240 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the easterly limit of the roadway known as Highway No. 638 and extending easterly for a distance of 650 metres.
(3) Paragraph 19 of Part 5 of Schedule 21 to the Regulation is revoked.
(4) Part 6 of Schedule 21 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:
District of Algoma — Town of Bruce Mines
7. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the Town of Bruce Mines in the Territorial District of Algoma lying between a point situate 60 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the westerly limit of the roadway known as Bennett Street and a point situate 240 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the easterly limit of the roadway known as Highway No. 638.
