Amending Reg. 671 of R.R.O. 1990
(Life Companies Special Shares — Investment)
1. Subclause 3 (1) (d) (ii) of Regulation 671 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:
(ii) limit its activities to the transaction of the business of life insurance and accident and sickness insurance, together with such other activities as may be necessarily incidental to the transaction of such business,
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the following dates:
1. The date subsection 4 (1) of Schedule H to the Government Efficiency Act, 2002 comes into force.
2. The date this Regulation is filed.
