DELEGATION OF REGULATION-MAKING AUTHORITY TO THE MINISTER

Delegation of regulation-making authority

1. The authority to make regulations relating to the matters described in paragraphs 3, 13.1, 19, 21, 22 and 37 of subsection 44 (1) of the Act is delegated to the Minister.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the latest of,

(a) the day subsection 44 (1) of Schedule B to the Consumer Protection Statute Law Amendment Act, 2002 comes into force;

(b) the day subsections 16 (28) and (30) of the Ministry of Consumer and Business Services Statute Law Amendment Act, 2004 come into force; and

(c) the day this Regulation is filed.
