Amending O. Reg. 780/94

(Training Programs)

1. Subsection 1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 780/94 is amended by striking out “Workplace Health and Safety Agency” at the end and substituting “Workplace Safety and Insurance Board”.

2. The Regulation is amended by adding the following French version:

 

Programmes de formation

1. (1) L’employeur est tenu, en application de l’alinéa 26 (1) l) de la Loi, de mettre en oeuvre les programmes de formation nécessaires pour permettre aux membres des comités de devenir des membres agréés, les programmes devant être choisis conformément aux politiques et lignes directrices de la Commission de la sécurité professionnelle et de l’assurance contre les accidents du travail.

(2) La définition qui suit s’applique au paragraphe (1).

«mettre en oeuvre» Le fait de mettre en oeuvre un programme de formation s’entend en outre du paiement de celle-ci.
