EXEMPTIONS
Exemptions
1. Subsections 11.2 (1) and (2) of the Act do not apply to,
(a) persons who are hunting as permitted under the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act, 1997, other than as described in clause 11.2 (6) (a) of the Act; or
(b) persons who permit hunting as described in clause (a).
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 18 of the Provincial Animal Welfare Act, 2008 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
