Amending O. Reg. 368/01

1. Section 15 of Ontario Regulation 368/01 is amended by adding the following paragraph:
22. A transfer from Operation Springboard to Ecuhome Corporation of any interest in the real property municipally known as 76 Pembroke Street, Toronto, Ontario, together with the assets, liabilities, rights and obligations related to the ownership or operation of the real property.
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
