Amending O. Reg. 141/08
(Tax Matters — 2008 Time Limits for Certain By-laws)
1. The title to Ontario Regulation 141/08 is revoked and the following substituted:
Tax matters — annual time limits for certain by-laws
2. Section 1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “2008” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “2009”.
3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
