TRADITIONAL MUNICIPAL TAXES — ANNUAL TIME LIMITS
FOR CERTAIN BY-LAWS
Time limits
1. The time limits for 2009 under subsections 275 (4), 276 (4), 279 (1), 292 (2) and 330 (1) of the Act are extended to June 30, 2009.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
