Amending O. Reg. 341/06
(Grants for Student Needs — Legislative Grants for the 2006-2007 School Board Fiscal Year)
1. (1) The definition of “2003-2004 grant regulation” in subsection 1 (2) of Ontario Regulation 341/06 is amended by adding “as it read immediately before it was revoked” at the end.
(2) The definition of “2004-2005 grant regulation” in subsection 1 (2) of the Regulation is amended by adding “as it read immediately before it was revoked” at the end.
2. Paragraph 8 of subsection 14 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “333 (14) and (16)” and substituting “333 (14)”.
3. Item 31 of Table 16 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
