Amending O. Reg. 665/98

(Hunting)

1. Ontario Regulation 665/98 is amended by adding the following section:

71. (1) A person shall not use or possess, for the purpose of hunting, in an area usually inhabitated by wildlife, a product that contains or purports to contain the faeces, urine, blood, gland oil, saliva or other bodily fluids of a cervid.

(2) In this section,

“cervid” means a member of a species of the deer family.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2010 and the day it is filed.
