PRESCRIBED TIME PERIOD UNDER SECTION 22.23 OF THE CODE
Prescribed time period
1. For the purposes of section 22.23 of the Code, a Council shall take such steps as are within its power to make, amend or revoke regulations and by-laws under the Code and under its health profession Act so that they conform with sections 22.16 to 22.21 of the Code before December 17, 2011.
Revocation
2. This Regulation is revoked on December 17, 2011.
Commencement
3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
