ETHICS PLAN — CONTENTS

Contents of ethics plans

1. The ethics plan required by subsection 6 (1) of the Act must contain the following:

1. A description of the practices and procedures for ensuring that members are familiar with the requirements of Part IV (Ethical Conduct) and Part V (Political Activity) of the Public Service of Ontario Act, 2006. The practices and procedures must include an annual notice for members containing information about the requirements of Parts IV and V of that Act.

2. A description of the practices and procedures for ensuring that members are familiar with the code of conduct that forms part of the member accountability framework for the adjudicative tribunal. The practices and procedures must include an annual notice for members containing information about the code of conduct.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day that subsection 6 (2) of Schedule 5 (Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009) to the Good Government Act, 2009 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
