Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(Speed Limits)

1. Section 7 of Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following subsection:

(5) Despite paragraph 1 of Part 4 of Schedule 120, no person shall operate a motor vehicle at a greater rate of speed than 60 kilometres per hour on days during which school is regularly held between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on that part of the King’s Highway known as No. 141 in the Village of Humphrey in the Township of Seguin in the Territorial District of Parry Sound beginning at a point situate 75 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Sandy Plains Road and extending easterly for a distance of 410 metres.

2. (1) Paragraph 3 of Part 3 of Schedule 120 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

District of Parry Sound — Twp. of Seguin

3. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 141 in the Township of Seguin in the Territorial District of Parry Sound lying between a point situate 355 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Sandy Plains Road and a point situate at its intersection with the centre line of the north junction of the King’s Highway known as No. 69.

(2) Paragraph 1 of Part 4 of Schedule 120 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

District of Parry Sound — Twp. of Seguin — Village of Humphrey

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 141 in the Village of Humphrey in the Township of Seguin in the Territorial District of Parry Sound lying between a point situate 355 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Sandy Plains Road and a point situate 990 metres measured easterly from the said intersection.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
