Amending O. Reg. 160/11

(GRANTS FOR STUDENT NEEDS — LEGISLATIVE GRANTS FOR THE 2011-2012 SCHOOL BOARD FISCAL YEAR)

1. Subparagraph 5 i of subsection 47 (1) of Ontario Regulation 160/11 is amended by adding the following sub-subparagraph:

C.2 The amount determined under section 55.2.

2. Section 50 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

5.2 The amount for capital priority land purchases.

3. The Regulation is amended by adding the following section:

55.2 The amount for the board for the fiscal year for capital priority land purchases is determined as follows:

1. Determine the total land purchase costs incurred by the board in the fiscal year, and reported by August 31, 2012, for the capital priority projects listed in Column 3 of Table 27.2 opposite the name of the board.

2. Identify the amount set out in Column 4 of Table 27.2 opposite the name of the board.

3. Take the lesser of the amount determined under paragraph 1 and the amount identified under paragraph 2.

4. Subparagraph 1 v of subsection 61 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “$42.09” and substituting “$43.13”.

5. (1) The heading to Column 3 of Table 2 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “du montant”.

(2) The heading to Column 4 of Table 2 of the Regulation is amended by adding “de prédiction” after “modèle”.

6. (1) Item 22 of Table 27.1 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
