Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990
(SPEED LIMITS)
1. (1) Paragraph 1 of Part 3 of Schedule 237 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:
Simcoe — Town of Wasaga Beach — Town of Collingwood
1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 7148 in the County of Simcoe lying between a point situate 100 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as 75th Street South in the Town of Wasaga Beach and a point situate 140 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Poplar Sideroad in the Town of Collingwood.
(2) Paragraph 1 of Part 6 of Schedule 237 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
Simcoe — Town of Collingwood
1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 7148 in the Town of Collingwood in the County of Simcoe lying between a point situate 140 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Poplar Sideroad and a point situate at its intersection with the King’s Highway known as No. 26.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
