Amending O. Reg. 510/99

(COMMUNITY SAFETY ZONES)

1. Ontario Regulation 510/99 is amended by adding the following Schedule:

Schedule 23
Municipality of Central Manitoulin

1. (1) That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 542 in the Village of Sandfield in the Municipality of Central Manitoulin in the Territorial District of Manitoulin lying between a point situate 377 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Hutchinson Road and a point situate 1050 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Hutchinson Road.

(2) That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 542 in the Village of Spring Bay in the Municipality of Central Manitoulin in the Territorial District of Manitoulin lying between a point situate 510 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Grimesthorpe Road and a point situate 385 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Grimesthorpe Road.

(3) This designation is effective 24 hours a day, seven days a week and every month of the year.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
