Amending Reg. 552 of R.R.O. 1990
(GENERAL)
1. The definition of “schedule of benefits” in subsection 1 (1) of Regulation 552 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following paragraph:
31. Amendments dated October 30, 2015 (effective as of December 21, 2015);
2. (1) Paragraph 23 of subsection 24 (1) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
23. In vitro fertilization.
(2) Subsection 24 (1) of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:
29. Artificial insemination.
(3) Paragraph 2 of subsection 24 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “27 or 28” and substituting “27, 28 or 29”.
Commencement
3. This Regulation comes into force on December 21, 2015.
