Designations
1. The transfer payment agreements effective April 1, 2014 entered into by the Ontario Racing Commission and the following entities are designated for the purposes of section 12.3 of the Act:

3. Rideau Carleton Raceway Holdings Ltd.

Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 6 of Schedule 16 to the Budget Measures Act, 2015 comes into force and the day it is filed.
