Amending O. Reg. 201/96
(GENERAL)
1. Subsection 18 (10) of Ontario Regulation 201/96 is amended by striking out “calendar month” wherever it appears in the portion before clause (a) and substituting in each case “28-day period”.
2. (1) Subclause 20.2 (3) (a) (i) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “of less than $16,018” and substituting “equal to or less than $19,300”.
(2) Subclause 20.2 (3) (a) (ii) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “of less than $24,175” and substituting “equal to or less than $32,300”.
(3) Subparagraphs 1 ii and iii of subsection 20.2 (5) of the Regulation are revoked.
(4) Subparagraph 3 iii of subsection 20.2 (5) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “$4.05” at the end and substituting “$4.28”.
(5) Subparagraph 3 iv of subsection 20.2 (5) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “$4.83” at the end and substituting “$5.10”.
Commencement
3. (1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
(2) Section 1 and subsections 2 (3), (4) and (5) come into force on July 1, 2016.
(3) Subsections 2 (1) and (2) come into force on August 1, 2016.
