Amending O. Reg. 664/98
(FISH LICENSING)
1. Section 31.1 of Ontario Regulation 664/98 is amended by adding the following subsection:
(2.2) The Memorandum of Understanding between The Nipissing First Nation and Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Natural Resources and Forestry, dated March 10, 2016, shall be deemed to be a commercial fishing licence on and after April 14, 2016.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
