Amending O. Reg. 282/98
(GENERAL)
1. Subsection 30 (2) of Ontario Regulation 282/98 is revoked.
2. Subsection 34 (2) of the Regulation is revoked.
3. (1) Subsection 36 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out the portion before paragraph 1 and substituting the following:
(1) The Administrator, on a request described in subsection 34 (1), shall agree to a settlement classifying land in the managed forests property class if all of the following conditions are satisfied:
(2) Paragraph 1 of subsection 36 (1) of the Regulation is revoked.
4. Subsection 38 (2) of the Regulation is revoked.
5. Paragraph 0.1 of section 39 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
0.1 Subsection 40 (3) of the Act applies to the appeal.
Commencement
6. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
