Prescribed Percentage (subsection 23 (11.1) of the act)
Prescribed percentage
1. For the purposes of subsection 23 (11.1) of the Act, the prescribed percentage is 80 per cent.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2016 and the day it is filed.
